1. CLIENT & PROGRAM SERVICE AGREEMENT
For Dear Beautiful Soul™ – Coaching, Mentorship, and Programs

This Client & Program Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:
Dear Beautiful Soul™, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
and
You, the purchaser and participant (“Client”, “you”, “your”).
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our coaching, mentorship, group program, live or recorded experience (including but not limited to Harmony: Essence to Income™, The Becoming Room™, Sacred Creation™, She Who Is Worthy™, Voice Recalibrator™, or any present or future offer), you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Nature of Services
Dear Beautiful Soul™, LLC provides:
Coaching, mentorship, and education in the areas of spiritual development, energetic work, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system support, sacred business, branding, visibility, and wealth embodiment.
Digital products, courses, workshops, live calls, group containers, community spaces, and related materials (collectively “Programs” or “Services”).
Our Services are for educational, informational, and spiritual support purposes only. We do not provide:
Medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
Legal, financial, or tax advice
Therapy or licensed mental health services
You understand and agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
2. Program Access & Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive access to:
Program content and materials as described on the sales page at the time of purchase
Any live calls, group sessions, or community spaces listed in the offer
Bonus content if included
Access may be delivered through:
Course platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.)
Private community spaces (e.g., Facebook Groups, Voxer, Circle, Slack, etc.)
Email and member portals
The Company reserves the right to:
Modify call times, dates, or delivery methods
Replace live elements with recorded trainings when needed

3. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full price listed, whether as:
A one-time payment, or
A payment plan, which is a legal and binding commitment to complete all installments.
Payment Plans:
You understand that a payment plan is not a subscription you can cancel at will, but a contractual commitment to pay the full amount agreed upon.
If a payment fails, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to reattempt collection.
Late or Failed Payments:
We reserve the right to suspend access to Programs, communities, and materials if payments are late or missed.
Access will be restored once payments are brought current.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature and depth of the work, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any Programs, Products, or Services, unless explicitly stated in writing for a particular offer.

Perceived value or subjective satisfaction is not grounds for a refund.

5. Intellectual Property & License of Use
All content created, provided, or shared by Dear Beautiful Soul™, LLC in any Program, including but not limited to:
Frameworks, methodologies, modality systems (e.g., Divine Essence Flow™, Essence → Expression → Income™, Sacred Flow State™, Divine Flow State™, Harmony: Essence to Income™, The Becoming Room™, etc.)
Written materials, PDFs, worksheets, guides, scripts, prompts
Audio recordings, meditations, hypnosis tracks, breathwork audios, activations
Video trainings, masterclasses, call recordings
Branding assets, visual designs, layouts, naming, and copy language
Custom GPTs, AI workflows, templates, quizzes, tools and associated prompts
(collectively, “Program Materials”)
are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dear Beautiful Soul™, LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Program Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You MAY NOT:
Share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or give your login or content to others
Resell, license, or teach our frameworks as your own
Use our methods to create a competing program, certification, course, or offer
Translate, reverse-engineer, or repackage our Program Materials for commercial gain
Remove copyright/branding from materials and present them as your IP
Any violation of IP use may result in:
Immediate removal from the Program without refund
Revocation of access to all materials and communities
Potential legal action and damages
6. Confidentiality & Group Spaces
In group programs and communities, you may have access to:
Other members’ personal stories, challenges, and experiences
Screenshares, coaching replays, or sensitive business/financial details
Processes, strategies, and emotional disclosures
You agree to:
Treat all such information as strictly confidential
Not share, screenshot, record, or distribute content from group calls, portals, or chats
Not use others’ stories or strategies for your own business in a way that violates their privacy
We also commit to holding your vulnerable shares with care; however, we cannot guarantee that every participant will uphold this perfectly and are not liable for the actions of other participants.
7. Earnings Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee specific financial results, number of clients, or income levels.
Any examples of past client results, income screenshots, or testimonials are illustrations of what is possible, not promises of what you will achieve.
Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including:
Your energy, mindset, nervous system capacity, and willingness to be visible
Your level of implementation and consistency
Your niche, market conditions, pricing, and offers
External factors (economy, life events, technology, etc.)
You agree that Dear Beautiful Soul™, LLC is not responsible for your results, business decisions, or consequences arising from your participation.
8. Medical, Mental Health & Spiritual Disclaimer
